Timelines

Booking is generally 2-3 weeks in advance with holidays and Saturdays booked months in advance. Your session images are available for viewing within 15 business days (unless otherwise noted) of your session. Once your order is placed, it is up to 6 weeks for your order to be ready for pick up. Custom products such as gallery wrapped canvas, storybooks, retouching, storyboards and wall portraits with custom framing may take up to 8 weeks. Holidays may require longer periods.

Please allow for the above time frame. If your portraits are needed for a certain date, please mention that information as soon as possible. Chances are that we would be able to accomodate your request. Rush service is also available for an additional fee.
