Cancellation Policy

When you book your session date/time and pay your retainer for the session, we refuse all other inquiries for that date and time. Changes or cancellations on your part may cost us another session that we could have reserved.

With at least 24 hours notice, we will happily apply your retainer to another date (one change allowed). With less than 24 hours notice, a loss of 100% of your retainer will occur.

We do understand there are many circumstances beyond our control due to illnesses, death in the family etc, should you need to re-schedule please give us as much notice as possible so we may try and book another session to take your place.
